Are you ready to move from ambition to action? Whether you are a student dreaming of your first business or a recent graduate navigating the "real world," AllShe Academy is here to give you the tactical tools the classroom doesn't teach.

What is the S.H.E. In the Future Program

AllShe Academy’s S.H.E. in the Future Summer Program is a high-intensity, one-day summit. The program is designed to bridge the gap between ambition and economic reality for two distinct groups: Trailblazers (6th–12th grade) and Navigators (recent college graduates/adult workers).

The Trailblazers:

  • The Vision: Create a mini vision board of your dream home/car and calculate the actual cost to afford it.

  • The Path: Break-out sessions with mentors to discuss what it takes to run a business or enter high-stakes professional fields.

  • The Pivot Pitch: A high-energy adaptability challenge using 5 random items to solve creative problems.

  • The Elevator Pitch: Craft and present a 1-minute introduction to build networking confidence.

 

The Navigators:

  • The Launch Pad: Professional branding workshops featuring live resume audits and on-site professional headshots to improve digital employability.

  • The Negotiation Room: A specialized financial literacy lab where adult workers learn to evaluate benefit packets and practice salary negotiation techniques to maximize their earning potential.

  • Leadership Labs: Hands-on "soft-skill" simulations (e.g., The Pivot Pitch and The Silent Architect) that build adaptability, critical thinking, and professional communication.
