President & Board Chair: Provides strategic vision and acts as the primary representative of the organization to donors and community partners.

Vice President: Supports the Presidents, steps in during their absence, and often leads committees or special projects.

Secretary & Compliance Officer: Maintains official records, board minutes, and ensures the organization meets all legal and non-profit governance standards.

Treasurer & Finance Chair: Manages the organization’s financial health and ensures strict compliance with grant reporting and 1:1 matching funds.

Director of Strategic Partnerships & Development: Drives revenue growth by identifying new grant opportunities and managing corporate donor relationships.

Director of Programs & Marketing: Ensures the high-quality execution of workshops and summits while managing the organization's public brand.

The Program & Curriculum Committee: Ensuring the educational quality and high-energy delivery of all AllShe Academy sessions.

Events Committee: To manage the physical and logistical execution of AllShe Academy’s in-person summits and virtual webinars.
